New Margarita Recipe!

In an earlier post, I brought you one of my favorite margarita recipes using Patron, fresh lime juice and Cointreau. However, upon dining out at a great Mexican restaurant in Boston's Back Bay last week, I made a new discovery: Patron Citronge, an orange flavored liqueur, which they used in place of the Cointreau, making this a true Patron Margarita!

Here's the mix:

Place a lowball glass worth of filtered or spring water ice in a cocktail shaker
Squeeze in juice from 1 fresh lime
1 ½ oz Patron Silver
1 ½ oz Patron Citronge
Shake well

But it gets even better. For an even tastier adult beverage, mix the same way as above but for the alcoholic content try using:
1 ½ oz Patron Silver
3/4 oz Patron Citronge
3/4 oz Cointreau

I can't even describe the taste. You just have to try it, and I can safely say that I have found my official drink of the summer!
